Soil

Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants so that they did not bear grain. But other seed fell on good ground and yielded a crop that sprang up, increased and produced: some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred. – Mark 4:7-8

We have big goals, small goals, and daily goals. But we all have an ultimate dream. There is one dream that keeps us pushing forward. We wake up with it on our minds. We go to bed with it on our minds. We are constantly craving for progression. We look at every area in around us to make it happen. We seek opportunities or people that can help us grow toward our dream.

We may find people and we spark their interest, but that spark goes away. We opportunities work for a little while, but they start to not work out.

Why is this?

We are constantly trying to find people and opportunities to plant our seeds. We plant and plant, but nothing grows.

Nothing is wrong with the seeds we are planting. The problem is there is no connection between the seeds and the soil.

If there is no way for the seeds grow roots into the soil the seed has no purpose in the soil.

Some people or resources we try to work with we can not connect with. There are just no roots growing in what we are trying to plant.

You may be asking why there are no roots?

Maybe an opportunity passed us by because there is something better coming along?

Maybe the people we are trying to share our dream with isn’t as passionate about it as we are?

Of the people you are patterning with are not as passionate as you they will never truly be involved.

Plant your seeds. If the seeds do not grow into something find some other soil.

God’s timing is everything. God will position your seeds into the right soil.
