Your thoughts. They either work for you or against you….

We have thoughts going through our minds constantly day to day. Our thoughts is truly the one thing that is private between us and God. The enemy does not have the power to know our thoughts. Only God himself.  ( Psalm 139:4 , Matt 9:4)

Our thoughts are the only thing that is just between us and God. They are private , but yet they are the hardest thing we battle with.

In our lives we cannot control a lot of things that happen to us , but we can take control of our thoughts even if it seems impossible. ( 2 Timothy 1:7) . God wants us to have self control over our thoughts , so He will make it the impossible possible for you.

Ask yourself what thoughts do you have throughout the day? We have so many of them that it is hard to even recall some them.

We have careless thoughts. Painful thoughts. Thoughts of ridiculing others and yourself. Evil thoughts.

Your thoughts are so important, because it is where everything begins. Thoughts are the words before they come out the mouth. Thoughts are the idea before the plan. It all starts with a thought. You can change your life or even the world by one thought.

Adolf Hilter is known for one of the most evil people to live. Hilter himself said ,” How fortunate for leaders that men do not think”. Hilter made an impact on history in the worse way possible, and it all started with a thought.

What if our thoughts were of things that are of God? Could we make history?

How do you control your thoughts?

Praying through out my day keeps my focus on what is important. We can get side tracked by what is going on around us and not on God.

When I feel myself disconnecting from God I try to say a little prayer to reconnect myself with Him.

What we put into ourselves matter. The thing we read , watch , see, and hear through out our day effects us without us realizing it. This is why it is important to read His word throughout the day. Reading just one verse can motivate you and give you strength to continue your day.

Once you are mindful of God it becomes easier to be mindful of others. Why? Because God is Love.

( Romans 12:2)

Renew your mind to love one another. To be a change. To be pure.

Sometimes our loneliness or conversely our frustration with the one we are physically present in a relationship with may cause us to use ungodly methods in a futile attempt to satisfy the desires of our flesh. Im so glad Jesus rose from the dead and He now lives inside us so we don’t have to struggle through life on our own. He is the river of life and fountain of joy flowing out of us 24/7
