We all want to that flat stomach with abs. We do ab workouts with no results. Unfortunately abs mainly come from the kitchen and not from work outing.

Focusing only on protein , carbs , and fats can cause some problems for our digestive system. At the beginning of my journey of a healthy lifestyle I was so focused getting the certain amount of protein everyday. Low carb, high protein diets may work for certain amount of time. We all hit that plateau point in losing weight. We wonder how can we get past it? The answer is fiber.

Fiber is so important in our diet , but it is never really mentioned in diet plans. Women are recommended 25 grams of fiber a day. Men are recommended 30 to 38 grams. It is important to get 14 grams of fiber every 1,000 calories you eat. Everyday Health

You can find high fiber in foods like : split peas , black , Lima beans , blueberries , raspberries , and pears. Try avoid is too much dairy products. Everyday Health speaks about dairy products maybe harder for some to digest than others.

To help with bloating and digestion I have about 2 to 4 Tbs of apple cider vinegar with water every morning and evening.
